+86 15720600046Recently, Wodon Factory has received a large number of orders for wear pipes, covering wear pipeline applications across mining, power plants, cement, steel, dredging and other industries. Now let’s take a look at these practical application cases.
1. Straight Wear Pipes

Wodon’s automatic surfacing production line for pipes can perform surfacing on seamless pipes up to 6 meters long. The pipe shown in the picture is fabricated by splicing two seamless pipes into a total length of 12 meters. This type of wear-resistant pipe is widely applied in conveying systems for pulverized coal at power plants, cement raw meal, slurry and other media, effectively reducing pipe replacement frequency.
2. Crusher Knife Rollers

Wear-resistant pipes are cut according to customer drawings and precision-welded onto the base material of roller bodies to manufacture crusher knife rollers, which are mainly deployed in material crushing processes.
3. Bimetallic Grinding Roller Head Liners

Bimetallic grinding roller head liner assemblies are installed on the roller heads of medium-speed bowl coal mills and vertical cement roller mills. They fully wrap and protect roller ends to withstand long-term abrasive erosion from raw materials and extend the service life of grinding rollers.
4. Special-shaped Flanged Pipes & Elbows

The flanged structure enables bolted connection with equipment, valves and pipelines, fitting feeding and flow diversion buffer sections. These products are extensively used in material conveying processes of coal-fired power, metallurgy, cement and other sectors.
5. Anti-impact Liner Cylinders

The inner wall of each cylinder is overlaid with high-chromium wear-resistant alloy surfacing layer, and a base made of wear-resistant composite steel plate is welded to the top end. The liners are mostly mounted at openings of equipment silos and chutes, suitable for working conditions featuring vertical material free fall, large drop heights, block material impact and continuous powder abrasion.
6. Pipeline Feed Inlet Assemblies

This integrated wear-resistant feeding buffer unit consists of a square buffer box and a flanged surfacing wear-resistant feed cylinder. The flange design allows bolted connection with conveying pipelines, while the hollow cavity inside the box cushions impact force from falling materials. It is widely adopted in metallurgy, cement and other industries.
7. Surfacing Wear Screen Cylinders

Designed for dynamic rotary screening operations, wear-resistant screen cylinders endure tumbling, sliding and impact of materials inside the barrel, coupled with persistent abrasive wear from solid particles. As core wear-resistant components of rotary screening equipment, they are primarily used for material grading and screening.
8. Wear Curved Plates

Wear-resistant curved plates are processed by cutting finished surfacing wear-resistant pipes and grinding the edges (groove grinding will be conducted if bevel requirements are specified). This component is exclusively engineered for curved sections, bends and circular arc blanking positions.
9. Wear Hubs

The part shown is a core load-bearing spindle component for grinding rollers of vertical roller mills. Its outer cylindrical surface is overlaid with high-chromium wear-resistant alloy layer, and threads at both ends are used for assembling roller sleeves and bearing housings to support the entire grinding roller for rotary material grinding. It is mainly applied in the cement industry.
10. Wear Flange Disks

Manufactured with a carbon steel disk flange substrate, the flange surface is coated with a high-chromium wear-resistant surfacing alloy layer. The outer ring is densely arranged with bolt holes, and a central through-hole is reserved for material flow. As wear-resistant sealing flanges installed at the ends of pipelines or grinding equipment, they are commonly used for end connection of material conveying and powder grinding equipment.
In the field of R&D and customized production of surfacing wear-resistant pipe fittings, Wodon Factory offers a full product line of non-standard surfacing wear-resistant components including pipes, liner cylinders, curved plates, mill spare parts and flange disks. We customize surfacing processes and structural dimensions based on varying working conditions such as material hardness, drop height and operating temperature, balancing extended service life and on-site installation compatibility.
If you have any demand for wear-resistant pipes, keep following Wodon Wear-resistant Factory to acquire one-stop surfacing wear-resistant solutions tailored to all high-abrasion working conditions.
