From August 29 to 31, over 100 employees from Wodon Group's three factories and major sales centers broke geographical barriers and gathered in Jinan, Shandong, for a 3-day team building trip. From laughter amid Jinan's scenic spots to teamwork on the development ground, this journey of gathering and growth brought Wodon people from different bases closer—hand in hand and heart to heart—giving a more vivid meaning to the word "team".

Exploring Jinan's Charm, Winning Hearts at First Sight

As early morning sunlight spread over the land, employees from Jiangsu, Tianjin, Hebei, and Hunan set off for Jinan by bus, high-speed rail, or plane.

By noon, when the last group of colleagues arrived, a lively reunion lunch began. Familiar coworkers clinked glasses with smiles, while new acquaintances chatted about work anecdotes. Laughter filled the room, instantly easing travel fatigue and bridging geographical gaps.

The afternoon itinerary started with Baotu Spring, which Lao She described as "forever pure, forever lively". Three sprays of clear spring water gushed from the pool bottom, tumbling like white jade, drawing everyone to stop and take photos.

Following the tour guide, the group entered Shuyu Hall (Li Qingzhao's former residence), feeling the romantic talent and extraordinary life of the "greatest female poet of all time". 

Passing by spring water spots, many colleagues filled cups to taste the water—sweet and refreshing, it cooled them to the core.

Leaving Baotu Spring, the group went to the adjacent Five Dragon Pool. The pool water was deep green, with willows gently swaying by the bank. Occasional koi fish swimming by made employees take out their phones to capture the quiet elegance.

Next, the team headed to Daming Lake. Boarding the traditional painted boats, they felt cool breezes off the lake. The guide joked about Daming Lake's anecdotes, and everyone listened happily—some even teased about "looking for traces of 'Xia Yuhe'".

The last stop was Heihu Spring and Jiefang Pavilion. At Heihu Spring, three stone-carved tiger heads jutted out from the cliff, spouting clear water with a crisp sound. Climbing Jiefang Pavilion, the group overlooked Jinan's old town and listened to the guide's stories of revolutionary history, their faces growing solemn.

As dusk fell, a Shandong-style dinner began. Dishes like sweet and sour carp, crispy youxuan (twisted dough sticks), and fragrant Linyi stir-fried chicken were served. With local beer, everyone toasted, chatting about work and life.

Gathering Strength Through Development, Building Dreams as One

After a comfortable night at the Xiaoye Lake Holiday Hotel, the energetic team headed to the scenic Xiaoye Lake Central Island the next morning for the highlight—team development activities.

The cloudy weather kept the sun away, making the activities more enjoyable.

Ice-Breaking: From "Me" to "We"

Led by instructors, everyone first played fun ice-breaking games to liven up the atmosphere. Then, over 100 people were divided into 4 teams. They quickly elected team leaders and deputy leaders, and excitedly discussed team names, designed flags, and practiced team anthems.

Soon, flags of "Team NO.1", "Invincible Team", "Excellence Team", and "Always Right Team" were raised. Loud team anthems echoed over the island, filling each team with fighting spirit.

【Team Step Up】

Lifting a stable tower with thin ropes tested not just strength, but perfect teamwork. Team members held their breath, adjusting their grip according to teammates' calls. 

On the first try, many teams' towers collapsed halfway. But no one complained: some analyzed failures immediately, others comforted teammates, and they quickly tried again.

When Team NO.1's tower stood steady for 5 seconds, the whole team cheered. Other teams refused to be outdone, and all completed the challenge through repeated cooperation.

【Finnish Kubb】

Team members threw wooden batons hard. When the target pins fell, teammates immediately clapped and cheered.
"Aim for the middle one!" "Put more strength!" Everyone offered advice. Even if they missed occasionally, they patted each other's shoulders and laughed, "No worries, next one will hit!"

【American Cornhole】

After mastering the rules, some focused intently on throwing the bags, others joked "slippery hand" when they missed, and some quietly shared "aiming tips" with teammates. Amid laughter, team rapport grew stronger.

Super Aerobic Drumming | Showing Passion and Style

The afternoon "Super Aerobic Drumming" took the atmosphere to a climax. Following dynamic music, team members jumped, danced, and waved drumsticks. Sweat soaked their clothes, but big smiles lit up their faces.

Each team performed their carefully choreographed drumming routines: the Green Team's movements were neat and uniform with precise beats; the Yellow Team wowed everyone with creative formation changes; the Purple Team was full of energy, their smiles infectious; the Orange Team won rounds of applause with perfect teamwork. When one team performed, the others became "best audiences", clapping and cheering nonstop.

Finally, a "Supersonic" team game wrapped up the development activities. From chaos at first to clear division of labor and smooth cooperation, everyone rediscovered the truth that "unity is strength" in the race against time.

Gather Like a Fire, Scatter Like Stars

The 3-day trip passed in a flash. As everyone waved goodbye and headed back, their hearts were filled with reluctance and determination. This journey not only turned "online colleagues" into "offline friends" but also strengthened team unity and teamwork spirit through games and cooperation.
